Abe Erb at the Tannery
There’s a new(ish) and improved Abe Erb location… and we’re loving it! Located at the tannery on Charles street, this site is even bigger. It even has guest taps, so you can sample beer from other micro breweries while you’re there! As you enter the building, you can see the full brewery to your left. The whole place has an open, industrial feel, with lots of natural lighting seeping in through the windows.
Choose from a fantastic selection of brunch, lunch, dinner, and late night menus! Spend a lazy Saturday morning with a delicious peameal benedict, or some drunken french toast sticks. Great choices of hamburgers for lunch or dinner, including the “hawaiian” burger which is loaded with pineapple!
If you’re not in the mood for food, why not stop by to fill up a few growlers or pick up some cans of locally brewed beer? The Kitchener location is hard to miss, with two large fermentation tanks attached to the outer wall. What’s more, for all you beer lovers out there, it has five times the brewing capacity of its Waterloo counterpart! Abe Erb’s most popular brew, the 1857 kolsch, has even made its way into the LCBO.
