It’s always nice to know what the best schools are in your region, or the region you are planning to move to. The quality and proximity of nearby schools can have a huge impact on where you choose to move. If you’re moving to a new neighbourhood, you may want to know not only what schools your children will be attending, but also how well these schools are ranked. Luckily, this information is readily available thanks to the Fraser Institute. If you already know the school or schools your children will be attending, it is possible to look them up by name to determine what their rating and ranking was in past years. Keep in mind that this ranking system is based off of statistical information about the grade levels children within each school are achieving, and does not necessarily represent the overall quality of education and educators at these schools.
