With these simple and delicious variations on your favourite drink, you’ll be feeling the spring spirit in no time!
Iced Coffee Recipes
1. Frozen Caramel Latte
Okay, so you probably won’t be drinking a latte every single day. But this homemade version is so simple, and better yet, it won’t cost you $5 a glass! *cough… Starbucks.* Tuck into this delicious ice cold latte for a little bit of a treat with your afternoon pick-me-up!
- 3 fluid ounces brewed espresso
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
Combine espresso, caramel sauce, and sugar in a blender. Blend on high until the sugar and caramel have fully dissolved into the espresso. Add milk and ice and blend again until smooth and frothy. Pour out into a glass and serve. Optional: to achieve the full effect, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce!
2. Iced Espresso Marvo

- 1 cup chilled espresso
- sparkling water
- crushed ice
- sugar, to taste
Pour espresso over ice into a tall glass. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water. Sweeten with sugar if desired, and stir until dissolved. Serve as is.
3. The Chilly Irishman
You’ve heard of Irish coffee, now get ready for the chilly Irishman! This final iced coffee concoction is best saved for after dinner. This one is sure to be a hit- after all, who doesn’t love coffee, ice cream, and alcohol?
- 2 cups ice
- 4 oz cold espresso coffee
- 2 oz Kahlua
- 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
This is a simple dump-and-serve recipe! Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over the rocks into chilled glasses and serve. Whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or a caramel drizzle are all optional toppings!
